A booking is considered valid only after confirmation by the Company.
Service details such as route, date, time, pickup point, and destination are confirmed based on the information submitted by the Client. The Company is not responsible for inaccuracies in client-provided details.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are communicated prior to service confirmation and are based on route, timing, and service scope.
Payment terms, accepted methods, and applicable charges are presented during the booking process. Any additional requests or changes may affect the final price.
5. Changes and Modifications
Changes to booking details must be requested as early as possible.
While reasonable efforts are made to accommodate changes, the Company reserves the right to adjust pricing or decline modifications depending on availability and operational conditions.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation conditions are communicated at the time of booking or confirmation.
Refund eligibility, if applicable, depends on cancellation timing and service type. Administrative or operational costs may apply.

8. Service Limitations

Services are provided as planned routes, not as time-critical guarantees.
9. Liability
The Company’s liability is limited to the service fee paid by the Client for the relevant booking, except where prohibited by law.
Indirect or consequential damages are excluded to the extent permitted by applicable regulations.
10. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for service disruption caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, governmental actions, strikes, or infrastructure failures.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection regulations applicable in the service location.
12. Acceptance
By confirming a booking or using any service offered through this website, the Client accepts this Sales Agreement in full.
